My services work for people all across the world. 

If you can’t make the time of a live session because of your timezone, never fear! Every session will be recorded and saved in the Facebook group so you can watch it at a time that suits you, and you can submit your questions, audits and business needs beforehand! 

Please note that this language is delivered in English, as are all resources and templates so you will need to be English speaking to get the most out of the discussions even if you create content/marketing in a different language, I can still support you through the range of translation tools I have to allow me to audit your work regardless!

If you decide within the first 7 days this is not the right program for you, you will have your money refunded. Please note though you will lose the license and legal access to the program, and will need to destroy any and all resources you’d received so far. 

No refund is available after 7 days however I am sure you will LOVE the program and will work with you to ensure you get the absolute most out of it.

Because this is a membership with a course in it, NOT a course with start and end dates, YOU get to set the pace at which you move through the success path. Step by step you build a marketing machine with complete guidance at the pace that suits you. 

Some weeks you may not be able to do any work and THAT IS OK. Instead, pop into the group for some support or cheering on and just feel supported in your journey.

The next week you may have a few hours you can dedicate so you can get stuck in and ask me questions about anything as you go!

Alongside that, don’t forget you will be SAVING time – with so much social media done for you and so many templates and shortcuts, you can make extra time to work in the biz and ON the biz.

Yes, I do. An upfront payment allows me to fund the creative process it takes to complete your project and manages expectations for both of us. It will be a case by case basis, which will be clearly stated in our project brief. This deposit is usually half of the total package we signed off in the contract.

Yes, I do! I offer payment plans for bundled products and monthly services. This can either be set up as pre-approved or installment payments via PayPal and/or bank transfer.

I am usually very open to respond to emails, and messages via Instagram, WhatsApp, and Skype from 7AM-7PM EST, except weekends. But delivery of content takes place around MWF.

I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, and credit card. Purchases on my shop can be paid with one click through PayPal, while monthly retainers for services are processed via transfer.

Unfortunately, I don’t allow returns and/or product exchanges but in the case of duplicate purchases, you can send me a message for support and we’ll take it from there.

My journey in content started in journalism, and later made a slight turn to copywriting for the US audience. Since then, I’ve been making waves in wordmisthery for brands that have amazing stories to tell. My content has drawn more eyes to the lifestyle, real estate/hospitality, and health industries. I’ve dabbled in a lot of areas: website copywriting, brand strategy, social media management, blogging—you name it. These experiences have provided me an edge in online content marketing, which my clients love to leverage to truly elevate their brands.

Among my list of services, I mostly specialize in website copywriting and social media marketing. But I work on each project meticulously and give equal importance to them, no matter the how big or small.

Most of the time, I work with lifestyle brands, which ranges from travel and food, to health and beauty. I wouldn’t say I have favorites, but I love working with creative entrepreneurs, and brands in the real estate, fashion, beauty, health and wellness, hospitality, and pet industries.

I usually include a clause for client reviews in the contract, which is a small favor for portfolio purposes only.

I would ask you to:

Schedule a discovery call with me. This allows us to discuss your business, goals, and challenges. If a call is not possible for you, I will ask you to fill in a questionnaire instead to help me be fully informed about the project.

Once we confirm that we’re a perfect fit for each other, you will be asked to complete a project brief and send relevant documents (branding guide, product photos, etc.) my way and I will deliver my content proposal to you. 

After we sign the contract, I will then wait for the deposit before we kickoff the project. The contract includes the scope and terms of the project, as well as the initial invoice to fund the first half of the project. 

Once that has been paid, we’re ready for take off! I will then send you a Google Drive folder so that all of these files are in one place.

The time frame depends on the complexity and size of the project. You can tell me more about your project and ask for a turnaround—at absolutely no cost or commitments—through my contact page.

If you need something right away (48 hours or under for small projects), I’ll either add a rush fee or decline and let you know that I can’t make it.

Absolutely! My social media management services are perfect for white-labeling, but you have to go through a waitlist or hop on a discovery call with me to learn more about the process.

I am located in the pearl of the orient, the Philippines.

Even if we are miles away, my services are not limited by location. I have worked with countless of brands in the US, UK, AUS, and Asia. We can meet via Skype, Zoom, and Google Meet, whichever is your preferred line of communication. My discovery call is free of charge but if a client wants to have regular meetings, we can schedule with a minimal fee, which will be included in the contract.

I currently don’t offer refunds on services, but I have a 30-day money back guarantee for the products in my shop.

Yes, of course! I usually offer monthly retainers for brands I love and that need year-round help in their marketing. We can work together briefly to see if we’re a good fit and if things go well, then I’ll be open to work with you for the long haul.

I would advice for you to read the policies first before checkout to avoid returns and/or refunds of any products. This will help you in the buying process. But if in case the purchase went through and this happens, I would love to stay in touch so we can discuss further and see how I can help.
